Ebony McClenny
After losing her son Dakarai Malik "Bonk" Baldwin to gun violence in 2022, Ebony channeled her grief into purpose — founding S.O.N. Organization to be a voice, a resource, and an outlet for Baltimore families navigating the same pain.
Under her leadership, S.O.N. has grown into a trauma-informed community organization serving over 250 youth through mental health partnerships, educational resources, and diversion programs.
Chaun'nay Brown is a human service professional passionate about helping trauma-induced, low-income, and underserved individuals. She has over three years of human services experience within the social services sector and six years of healthcare experience. Chaun'nay currently serves as a grant writing specialist with a bachelor's degree in Human Services Administration. Throughout her educational journey, she has also donated time and supplies to nonprofits throughout Maryland, such as Ronald McDonald House and other organizations.
She is known for her willingness, leadership abilities, work ethic, and dedication to educating and supporting others. As a dedicated advocate for individuals, she also uses her passion for working with the public to ensure that information on various issues is addressed thoroughly and effectively.
Chaun'nay is committed to continuous professional development to learn more about human services, grant writing, and trauma-related coping skills.
Born in Baltimore City, Sunny Chambers is a wife, a mother of 5 beautiful children, and a licensed realtor in Maryland and Georgia. Sunny possesses a background in management, and has over 15 years of experience as an administrative assistant. In addition to her professional and personal accolades, Sunny exhibits a superior work ethic and strong leadership capabilities which attribute to her position within the SON organization.
In the wake of the death of her two closest friends sons, Sunny has vowed to be relentless in doing her part to help the community overcome the senseless murders of young men within the streets of Baltimore. When the opportunity to become part of this organization presented itself Sunny eagerly accepted and has been eager to put her passion for serving others to work, and becoming a trailblazer for creating change within the community. Her talent for empowering others to overcome their obstacles and recognize their potential is second to none. In her spare time, Sunny enjoys spending time with family and doubling as a part time Restauranteur assisting her husband with their family's restaurant business.
Derrell Frazier is an Experienced Community Organizer & Advocate with a demonstrated history of working in the public & private sector. Championing the needs of young people involved in the system, he has focused his career on Children's Advocacy, Social Justice and Public Service. Growing up in Baltimore City, He has faced a number of challenges and has a unique understanding how important it is to have adults advocate on behalf of children and the benefit of mentoring. He believes that everyone has a unique gift that only they can offer to the world. His passion is working to provide people with the tools and resources needed in order for them to thrive and identify their gift. His purpose is to develop innovative strategies that will create transformational IMPACT, EMPOWER & SHAPE the next generation of leaders.
Proactive and motivated professional with over five years' experience working for various nonprofit and state organizations, he currently serves as the manager of memberships and organizing at REFORM Alliance. Prior to this role, he has consulted with many public/private entities such as the Annie E. Casey Foundation Juvenile Justice Strategy Group Youth Advisory Council, Commission to Decriminalize Poverty Youth Group, and Serves on the Governor's Juvenile Justice State Advisory Council Emerging Leaders Group. Lastly, Derrell works with stakeholders on how to properly engage underrepresented communities and the most vulnerable populations in an authentic way to develop equitable solutions.

A Baltimore native, RaShunda Williams is dedicated to making impactful contributions within her community and beyond, driven by a passion for fostering change and innovation. With a career spanning over 15 years, her professional trajectory has been a dynamic blend of customer and user support, advising on technical strategies and solutions, and developing and managing websites across various industries. This diverse experience has fortified her belief in the power of technology to drive positive change.
Currently based in St. Louis, RaShunda is fully immersed in merging her background in support with the intricacies of enhancing user experiences and understanding user behavior. This field seamlessly blends her technical expertise with a profound understanding of user needs, creating a synergy between support practices and UX design principles. It's a realm that fuels her dedication to creating seamless digital experiences that resonate deeply with users.
Beyond the tech landscape, she is committed to community engagement, volunteering her time and expertise to non-profit organizations. One such organization close to her heart is The Baltimore City College Alumni Association, where she previously served on the board. Her goal remains steadfast: to leverage technology for the greater good and make a tangible impact on the world around her.
RaShunda's academic journey includes graduating from Salisbury University and the University of Maryland University College, where she honed her skills in Art and Web & Digital Design. These experiences, coupled with her tenure at Baltimore City College, have shaped her foundation and passion for continuous learning.
